The info is basically the same. Everything is done...just a timing issue.  Some things took longer than expected to get completed.  It is still happening.  The LD's are out all over Iraq. They are using different rates in different regions...3.41, 3.71, 1166....5 different rates...it's confusing.  They are still saying on tv that between now and the 14th they would see a change and be one of the richest countries in the world.   

The elections start in Iraq in 4 days and it's critical this be done before start of elections.  I don't think they will want to wait until Friday. There is nothing negative to say.  We are truly where we always wanted  to be...on the door step waiting for it to be done.   Everything is very positive at this moment.  People are excited saying this is a day like no other...agreements are in place,  i's are dotted &  t's are crossed.  We are down to where it  actually could happen...let's look for it.

What the heck is an informal RV announcement?
Why did not all the 190+ currencies get RV’s and global reset pushed?
These are two very important questions and I will try to address them.

They made an informal RV announcement of these two currencies only cause they needed a firm date to coincide with other contracts so they could have a real rate to use.

From this date forward penalties are being paid out on these contracts since the formal announcement has not yet been made. This also allowed for much corruption. Whether this was planned all along or just decided afterwards I do not know.

It's clear if you've been following  the details it absolutely could have happened at Christmas and all this negotioating could have happened after.  There is definitely something going on in Iraq today.  An article states their economy will change between 1st and 14th.  I think everything is lined up right where they want it to be.  We are absolutely coming to the end of this process. Everyone is happy.  There is no fussing or fighting. Nothing but good news out there.
